If the solid particles of the material are large, the solid-liquid density difference is large, and the liquid viscosity is small (high temperature), the separation factor can be smaller. If flocculants are added during solid-liquid separation to form a group sedimentation, the separation factor can be lower
Differential speed of screw and drum: When the rotating speed of the drum is unchanged, changing the speed of the differential input shaft can change the differential speed of the screw and the drum, so that the conveying capacity of the screw (slag discharge capacity) changes, which in turn affects the centrifuge Separation effect
Depth of liquid pool: change the sedimentation power and dehydration capacity of the centrifuge.
